Nothing ports, nothing changes. Your existing number simply diverts to your agent when you're busy, after hours, or always — your choice.
An Australian AI receptionist that answers when you can't — after hours, on the tools, or already on another call. It takes the caller's details and emails them to you before they've hung up.
The agent takes the caller's details, or leave yours here and we'll call you back. Your first 20 calls are free either way.

It knows your services, your hours, your area. It takes the job details — who, where, what, how urgent — and never invents an answer.

A tradie's missed job. A hard question it refused to guess at. A caller who tried to trip it up.
It works out whether this is an emergency before it asks for anything, and tells the caller how to stop the water while they wait.
The caller asks whether they can tape over it. Listen to what it says instead — this is the one where it refuses.
It takes the booking and the dietary note, then hits a question it wasn't told the answer to — and says so rather than guessing.
These are illustrative example calls with fictional businesses — not recordings of real customers. On a real call, every caller is told at the start that the call is recorded, and if someone asks whether they're speaking to a person, it tells them the truth.
Hear all of them →Plumbers on the tools. Electricians mid-job. Cleaners who can't reach the phone. Anyone whose next job is on the end of a missed call.
No. It takes the caller's name, number and what they want, and sends it to you by email while they're still on the phone — you book it. Calendar and CRM connections are add-ons, some of them not built yet, and the agent is told never to promise one as though it were included.
Both. Diverting works the same way on a mobile and on a landline — one dial code on the handset, and one to turn it off again. You can divert only when you don't answer, only when the line is busy, after hours, or all calls.
We are not going to give you a number we have not measured. What we can tell you is the order it happens in: one phone call where you tell it about your business, then we build it and ring you from it so you hear it before anything is connected, then you dial the divert code when you're happy. Nothing points at your real number until you have heard it.
Recordings, transcripts and your dashboard are stored in Sydney, Australia. Some processing happens overseas: the speech and language services that let the agent hear and answer are run by providers outside Australia, so the words of a call pass through them while it is happening. It is your data — export it any time, deleted on request. The Privacy Policy sets out who those providers are and what they hold.
Yes, and you don't need us to do it. One dial code on your handset turns the divert off and calls come straight back to you — seconds, no phone call to us. Plans are month to month with no lock-in; tell us and billing stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
It says so. It tells the caller it will find out, takes their details and the question, and sends both to you — it does not guess, and it does not invent a price. An honest "I'll have someone get back to you" is the whole design; a confident wrong answer to your customer is worse than a gap.
